Card Declined During Temporal Cloud Registration

Hi Temporal Support,

I’m trying to sign up for Temporal Cloud, but my Visa credit card (issued by China Merchants Bank) is being declined during the payment step.

I’ve already confirmed with my bank that:

  • International online payments are enabled
  • No transactions were blocked or flagged on their end

It seems the decline is happening on the Stripe/Temporal side. Could you please check the specific decline reason from Stripe for my registration attempt?
