# How do you deploy?

there is no step by step guide that can help in deployment.  
most answers point out to [Temporal Server self-hosted production deployment | Temporal Documentation](https://docs.temporal.io/server/production-deployment)  
but there is just no clear info.

there is a info on not using temoral provided auto-setup but there is no info on how to seperate.  
there is info on making changes to deployment.yaml file but there is no deployment file itself.

i can successfully use server with my app on local, but trouble finding any solution on deploying it before splitting each services. or even knowing necessary changes required.

Are you looking for info specific for Docker? If so there is info in repo [here](https://github.com/tsurdilo/my-temporal-dockercompose) (will be moved to Temporal repos hopefully soon) that might be useful for you.

Yes, agree with you that more info should be added to the linked docs. It’s something we are working on to improve.
