Local activity details showing discrepancy in Web UI

Hi,

Seeing some discrepancy in details being shown for local activities in old vs new Temporal UI.

Even if temporal data encryption is disabled, details being shown for Local Activity seems to be encrypted as per new web ui, while the same is in readable format in old web ui.
This looks as a bug in latest web ui version, please confirm on the same.

You are correct, a number of fields (mostly paylods) are still base64 encoded in v2. This is something that is going to be fixed in the future releases, follow issue here.
