Regarding metrics in temporal cluster

Need Help to create health metric in temporal cluster

just see the above code ,pls tell, am I on right path to find the health metric at cluster level ? If it is right path then , How I get this function,-> cpustatus, client.newMetricshandler(), getCounter()…etc. pls help. I’m not able to think it. Thank You
