# Temporal server pod is not coming up

1. temporal cluster setup in local using helm-chart works fine.
2. created temporal/server image and temporal/admin-tools image using [GitHub - temporalio/docker-builds: Temporal service Docker images build](https://github.com/temporalio/docker-builds)  
command - docker build --no-cache . -f server.Dockerfile -t temporal/server:1.0.0
3. using these images in helm-charts repo by changing values (charts/temporal/values.yaml) to refer new images

pods are going in crashloops!

M-C02FRHZMMD6M:temporal rbhavsar$ kubectl logs temporaltest-frontend-8d48d5f-t9htq  
TEMPORAL\_ADDRESS is not set, setting it to 10.1.1.3:7233  
CASSANDRA\_SEEDS env must be set if DB is cassandra.

Any suggestions why pods using server image is not coming up ?

Hi Ravi, how are you doing? I encountered the same issue when deploying the temporal server with custom built docker image. Did you resolve the temporal service crash issue?
