# What is the default maxConns for sql datasource?

Hey, folks. What is the default maxConns for sql datasource?

Hi @voropava max conns is configurable, see [here](https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/blob/master/common/config/config.go#L312)  
You can see defaults in appropriate configs, for example for mysql [primary db](https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/blob/master/config/development_mysql.yaml#L14) and [visibility db](https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/blob/master/config/development_mysql.yaml#L25). Hope this helps.
