It seems from that webpage that Keyspaces supports LWT actually:

As a serverless offering, Amazon Keyspaces (for Apache Cassandra) provides consistent performance at any scale, including for lightweight transactions. With Amazon Keyspaces, there is no performance penalty for using lightweight transactions.”
