Error When Submitting Certificate in Cloud: must be able to act as a CA

Hello,

I am receiving an error when trying to submit a Let’s Encrypt certificate to my namespace in Temporal Cloud. The error is the following:

invalid ca certificate: certificate with subject 'CN=temporal.development.corp.credit.pizza' must be able to act as a CA

Is something wrong with this CN? Should it be the namespace URL? I am using certificate filters (I know you must use them with a Let’s Encrypt cert).

Thanks,
Mike

Hi @mdross95
do you have access to https://support.temporal.io/ ? If you do would you mind opening a ticket there for your question? If you don’t could you dm me your company name and email and we can add you in.

For your question, can you see if information on managing cloud certs here helps and let’s go from there.
