Hey,
I’ve been having a look at the built in metrics and I was wondering - is there a simple heartbeat type metric that can be monitored to indicate that the frontend service is available? (Note we are self hosting the Temporal cluster)
If not, is the alternative just to use the grpc health check endpoint?
