I run a financial application, and I rely on querying the completed workflows. As temporal deletes the completed workflows, it’s a big problem for my application. Is there any work around?

On OSS, you can configure Archival to store Event Histories once their Workflow Execution reaches a Closed status. This also backs up their Visibility records.
On Temporal Cloud, there is a similar Workflow History Export feature.
