Recommended way to create a default namespace during deploy?

I noticed there was not a default namespace to use after using the helm charts. Although there was one when I used the autosetup docker image. What is the recommended way to create one? I did it manually now by using the tctl.

Hi Remy, thank you for bringing this up. I think we can consider this to be a bug.
