Schedules return after deleting it in opensearch

We have config with cassandra and opensearch for visibility

    persistence:
      defaultStore: default
      additionalStores: {}
      visibilityStore: opensearch-visibility

      datastores:
opensearch-visibility: # Define the Elasticsearch datastore connection information under the `es-visibility` key
          elasticsearch:
            version: "v7"
            url:
              scheme: "http"
              host: "opensearch:9200"
            indices:
              visibility: temporal_visibility_v1_dev

      default:
        driver: "cassandra"

        cassandra:
          hosts: ["cassandra"]
          port: 9042
          keyspace: temporal
          user: ""
          password: ""
          existingSecret: ""
          replicationFactor: 1
          consistency:
            default:
              consistency: "local_quorum"
              serialConsistency: "local_serial"
          # datacenter: "us-east-1a"
          # maxQPS: 1000
          # maxConns: 2

      visibility:
        driver: "cassandra"

        cassandra:
          hosts: ["cassandra"]
          port: 9042
          keyspace: "temporal_visibility"
          user: ""
          password: ""
          existingSecret: ""
          # datacenter: "us-east-1a"
          # maxQPS: 1000
          # maxConns: 2
          replicationFactor: 1
          consistency:
            default:
              consistency: "local_quorum"
              serialConsistency: "local_serial"

and when schedule is deleted or teminated through opensearch, it returns after a minute. I thoutght it may be affected by remaining visibility db in cassandra, but it is empy. Why would it happen?
