here is what the worker is saying and looking at the tctl output you can see that the uuid matches for the namespace "Error":"Namespace 884cbdbb-f044-410d-817c-49746ea0d361 is not found

increased the RPC from 2400 to 3600 and it seems to be better now will continue to monitor. as described in this reference Service rate limit exceeded - #14 by JerryHu
