Temporal Server errors with no app running

Following the tutorial, I ONLY installed and started the Temporal Server (didn’t install the library or create any apps). I left it running and came back to find the following errors – am I doing something wrong or is this normal?

Temporal performs some background jobs per shard that can result in db queries to db even if cluster is idle.
Also at service start, worker service starts some system workflows that perform number of background tasks, from your logs can see some like system workflow that checks completed child workflows to possibly delete them due to parent close policy, history scanner and scavenger workflows.

From errors most are context timeouts and cancellation. Typically can point to intermittent db connection issues for example or intermittent network comm issues between your worker service hosts and your frontend service hosts.
