The link of Shema Upgrade Tool is broken

Hi,
I’m going to upgrade my Temporal from 1.15 to 1.16, the current database scheme version is Postgre 1.7
In the guide link Release v1.16.0 · temporalio/temporal · GitHub, database scheme version needs to be Postgre 1.8
The document said: “Use the Schema Upgrade Tool to upgrade your schema version.
How to use the Schema Upgrade Tool: https://docs.temporal.io/docs/server/versions-and-dependencies/#upgrade-your-version-of-temporal.”
Howerver, the above link is broken.
Could I know where the Shema Upgrade Tool is? Many thanks for your help!

Schema tools are here, you can build them by running “make” in the main temporal github repo.
I believe the doc link should be Temporal Cluster deployment guide | Temporal Documentation
