I’m reaching out from an SMS Marketing firm where we’re building a no-code chatbot platform using a drag-and-drop UI. Our goal is to enable users to create custom chatbots without requiring coding knowledge.
Initially, we considered using n8n’s internal engine, but since it’s source-available, we’re exploring alternative options. That’s when I stumbled upon Temporal, and I’m wondering if it could be a good fit for our use case.
Our planned features include:
- Multiple nodes (e.g., Send Message, If-else, Send media, Ask question)
- Support for multiple chatbots per user
Could Temporal’s workflow engine be suitable for managing these chatbot workflows? If not, I’d appreciate any suggestions or recommendations for alternative solutions.
