Visibility DB as mysql

Hi,

If my understanding is correct, in the official helm charts, we donot have an option for mysql as Visibility DB. If not, is there any limitation that prompted to not think about mysql.

Please correct me if my understanding is correct.

MySQL does support basic visibility. Elastic Search is required for enhanced visibility that supports custom search attributes and predicates.

Hi Madhu, thank you for the question! Your understanding is correct, the out-of-the-box helm charts come with extended visibility, provided by ElasticSearch (and my understanding is that kafka is used solely for the extended visibility functionality).
