Can you view archived workflows(stored on s3) via tctl even after a complete DB wipeout+restart?

I’m running a test temporal cluster with elasticsearch since quite a long time. We had archival setup on s3. Just as an experiment, I tried bringing down the cassandra nodes one by one, and eventually had to recreate the cassandra DB from a clean slate.
Now even though the archived data exists on s3, I’m unable to query archived workflows. What could be the reason for this?

Can you provide server version used, your archival config (static config), any archival-related error messages (server logs), visibility query you are using.
