Confirming KB: 2,000 events for Temporal Cloud

Hi,

Just confirming, Temporal Cloud has an event history limit of 2,000?

Will this change in the future?

That page says it is 50000. Where did 2k come from?

We fail the following Commands at 50,000 Events for OSS and 2,000 Events for Cloud

Unless I’m misreading that?

I see. I believe it is for the number of each parallel command type per workflow. So you cannot run more than 2000 activities simultaneously per workflow.

The documentation is incorrect by saying that it is a total number of activities independently if they are open or completed, and we are fixing it.
