Emit metric equivalent in 0.28.0

with 0.28.0, the emit metric configuraiton in namesapce is removed, is there an equivalent to emit metrics?
or is metrics enabled by default? through web ui, isee the emit metric flag is always set to false, can you clarify how can i get namespace level metrics. also is there a guide on what metrics are exposed by default ?

ok went through https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/pull/579
appears that emit metrics was never used/never functional and hence removed.

Yes, metrics are enabled by default. We might add some solution to disable them in future. UI needs to be fixed though.
