Enable metrics publishing for go workers

Are there examples anywhere that demonstrate setting up metrics publishing for go-sdk workers?

I don’t see anything in go-samples and I didn’t see anything searching the site here.

I created PR in our samples repo: https://github.com/temporalio/samples-go/pull/65. Please let me know if it is useful or not. And if there anything else I can add/improve.
