Can you share which database you selected for the Temporal Cloud service and why?
Have you conducted performance and scalability tests of Temporal against the various databases you support and are those results available?
From cloud user perspective the persistence layer can be seen as a “black box”, meaning Temporal can change it without affecting application performance and scalability.
So don’t think there is a direct answer,
this thread has some comparisons if it helps.
Will check if there is any internal performance analysis data thats possible to share.
