Workflows getting hung up and does not retry

Hi Team,

I have a child workflow which takes responsibility of a product subscription.

Most of the cases it works good but at times i see that the child workflow is getting hung up and it neither retries as per the configuration specified nor terminates with timeouts.

Can you please suggest me best practices of defining a child workflow?

Hi @vignesh1992, would you be able to provide workflow history for those child workflows?
This should help us better understand what’s going on.
