Temporal supports using postgres (version 9.6) for persistence. This postgres version should be compatible with CockroachDB.
I am wondering if CochroachDB has ever been used with Temporal? Does CoachroachDB seem like a viable option?
I believe there are companies running it with CockroachDB. Note, that we do test only PostreSQL as part of our release pipelines.
