Cannot get Temporal to stop billing me

I am kind of desperate and seek help on who to contact.

My account is stuck in state of continues subscription charging after deleted account.

I have tested services on personal account, after testing was done, I did not want to be charged as we will be continuing on company account, so I deleted the account as the only method to unsubscribe.

However, I am being billed on this account still without any kind of possibility to unsubscribe .

I feel like this is genuinely unethical behaviour for a company in the class of temporal.io and made us reconsider if we want to actually use your services as this could have a huge impact.
I tried to recreate the account to see if deleting it again might stop it, but alas it did not work.

There is no clear way to contact temporal and it is in such a culture of SaaS apps where subscriptions are obscured for the reason of charging unused account.

You did right thing by posting issue here, alternatively on Temporal community slack.
Best and fastest way to get resolution on these types of questions is to create a support ticket - support.temporal.io
