I tried to register to the platform a while ago. Since then a lot of time has passed and my email link became expired. Now I cannot create new account with same email, nor I can log in into an existing, since it is inactive.
Any idea how to fix it?

Since Temporal pays a per-user fee for each account, they automatically deactivate if not used for a long time. However, it’s easy for us to reactivate them upon request.
I’ve just reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now, but please let us know if you have any problems doing so.

I enrolled in the course on your TalentLMS platform, but when I try to log in, I receive the following message:”This subscription has expired. Only administrators are able to log in and renew it.”Could you please help me regain access or let me know when the subscription will be renewed?

It’s a known issue and we’re working with the LMS vendor to resolve it.
