I want to see the internal archival workflows and activities. Is there a UI where I can see them?

You can use Temporal Web for that. All the system workflows are under temporal-system namespace.

I’m not able to see temporal-system namespace in temporal web.

Should I have to enable this namespace?

Don’t have to enable it/created it as its created on server start. It’s not directly exposed via the web ui (as a link)
but you can access it by setting the namespace in the url, for example:

http://localhost:8088/namespaces/temporal-system/
