on our self hosted setup we have several long running, stateful workflows.
Is there any way to migrate the data related to this workflows on Temporal Cloud?

We do plan to provide a seamless migration in the future. Currently it is application specific. Do your workflows call continue-as-new periodically?
Most of our long running workflows are modelling orders, so they do not receive a lot of signal and they do not reset history, unfortunately
I see. I would recommend engaging with our team to develop a detailed migration plan.

This doesn’t really make sense. Why do you want to spend time learning to self-host instead of using the cloud right away?
