New Web ui do not show header informations for workflow and actiivties

Hi,

We are using the latest version of Temporal-UI. refer below screenshot of docker-compose.

This new web UI does not show the header information for workflows/activities, but temporal-web (old UI) shows all header information. TEMPORAL_WEB_VERSION=1.15.0 . refer to the below screenshot for temporal-web config.

Old UI where header info is available:

Both the screenshot are of the same workflow. Is it a missing functionality or am I looking incorrectly?
If it is a miss, then can we get header info in the new UI as well?

Thank you for reporting this,

I have tested it and checked with the UI team, and you are correct, the new UI does not show the header fields.

Do you mind filing an issue, or I can do it if you prefer, so the UI team can take care of this?
