This is a question less around support but more around system diagramming. Has anyone generated an acyclic graph diagram via cadence history or cli tooling? My team and I are underway with a system architecture review and are about to hand bomb some diagrams but I wanted to ask the community to see if anyone has automated this?
Hey this is a really cool idea. We don’t have anything official for supporting it, but it’s possible and I’m now tracking it. I’m really curious to see if anyone else is doing this in the community as well. Thanks for asking!
We’ve done similar with SWF before. You have to read the history, parse through it, and generate dot output. Fairly straightforward. I don’t have the code, but it would be easy to reconstruct.
