I created a namespace and I’m getting this error when I’m trying to check the workflows. Has anyone else came across this?

Can you try clearing browser cache and see if that gets rid of this message?
Have seen happen if you try to access your namespace page before the namespace itself is fully initialized and after that browser can cache it for some time.
