Cannot create account for education portal

Hey everyone! :waving_hand:

When I am trying to create an account at https://temporal.talentlms.com it show me:
”You can not signup at the moment, because this account has reached the maximum number of active users”

Is there a way I can get access to online courses?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I am unable to login as I’m getting the following:

This subscription has expired. Only administrators are able to log in and renew it.
