I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask, since there is no “general”. our company is exercising the correct workflow technology to be used. However, one criteria is to have commercial support (if anything happen in production and could not be solved internally). Does temporal provides commercial support, fyi, the system is deployed in on-premise.

Temporal does not provide commercial support for on-premise deployments.
I would recommend using Temporal Cloud, which is a serverless version of the Temporal backend. It is commercially supported, secure by design, scales seamlessly, and is cheaper than on-prem deployments.
